What the tutor looks for in the trial
The free hour is diagnostic as much as it is a lesson. Your child’s tutor will typically probe three things: content gaps (which of the 21 topics are shaky), technique gaps (do they answer what the command word asks, or write everything they know?), and paper strategy (how they handle MCQ traps, data questions and Paper 6). Parents are welcome to sit in. Many do for the first class.
After the trial, you’ll get a plain-language picture of where your child stands and what a realistic path to their target grade looks like. Then the decision is entirely yours. You can also read how our online classes work and what classes cost before you book.
