Years of 1-to-1 teaching gave Rig direct experience of what makes tutoring useful: understanding the student’s starting point, explaining clearly, choosing focused practice and correcting work precisely. He applies those standards when selecting and supporting the Biology tutors who meet families.
His own classroom experience is in Math and Add Math. Biology lessons and Biology content are therefore handled through tutors and reviewers with Biology teaching experience rather than relying on the founder’s subject background.
