Minimum grade requirements
Most Malaysian medical programmes require at least a B in IGCSE Biology Extended (or equivalent). Competitive programmes at public universities may effectively require an A or A*. Private medical schools may accept a B, but stronger grades improve your application.
You must sit the Extended tier: Core only allows a maximum of C, which is below the threshold for most medical programmes.
